Healthy Brown Rice Pulao

INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Paneer - 55 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 25 grams
Carrot - 70 grams
Potatoes - 100 grams
Green peas - 80 grams
Water - 700 milliliters
Soaked brown rice - 200 grams
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Dry fruit powder - 2 teaspoons
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan, add 55 grams paneer and mix it well.
2. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
4. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
6. Then, add 25 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
7. Now, add 70 grams carrot, 100 grams potatoes, 80 grams green peas and mi it well.
8. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes.
9. Add 700 milliliters water and mix it well.
10. Then, add 200 grams soaked brown rice and mix it well.
11. Add 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons dry fruit powder and mix it well.
12. Bring it to a boil.
13. Cover it with lid and cook for about 20 - 25 minutes on medium heat.
14. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
15. Now, add the cooked paneer and mix it well.
16. Again cover it with lid and cook for about 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
17. Remove it from heat.
18. Serve hot.
