(Spice Mix)
Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
(For Chicken)
Chicken breast- 350 grams
Oil - 1 teaspoon
(For Chicken Corn Salad)
Cucumber - 100 grams
Cherry tomatoes - 60 grams
Onions - 35 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Boiled sweet corns - 110 grams
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
(Spice Mix)
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
(For Chicken)
- In a bowl, add 350 grams chicken breast, prepared mixture and mix it well.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken breast in it.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Flip it gently.
- Cover it with lid and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Open the lid and remove it from heat.
- Place it on a board and cut it into pieces. Keep aside.
(For Chicken Corn Salad)
- In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams cucumber, 60 grams cherry tomato, 35 grams onions, 1 tablespoon coriander, Cooked chicken, 110 grams boiled sweet corns, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and mix it well.
- Serve.
