Chicken Corn Salad

INGREDIENTS

(Spice Mix)

Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

 

(For Chicken)

Chicken breast- 350 grams

Oil - 1 teaspoon

 

(For Chicken Corn Salad)

Cucumber - 100 grams

Cherry tomatoes - 60 grams

Onions - 35 grams

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Boiled sweet corns - 110 grams

Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

 

PREPARATION

(Spice Mix)

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.

 

(For Chicken)

  1. In a bowl, add 350 grams chicken breast, prepared mixture and mix it well.
  2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken breast in it.
  4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Flip it gently.
  6. Cover it with lid and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Open the lid and remove it from heat.
  8. Place it on a board and cut it into pieces. Keep aside.

 

(For Chicken Corn Salad)

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams cucumber, 60 grams cherry tomato, 35 grams onions, 1 tablespoon coriander, Cooked chicken, 110 grams boiled sweet corns, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and mix it well.
  2. Serve.

 

 

Chicken Salad With Lettuce

INGREDIENTS

Water - 1 litre

Lemon slices -  4

Chicken breast - 350 rams

Olive oil - 1 teaspoon

Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Low sodium soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

Honey - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon

Shredded carrot - 20 grams

Lettuce - 10 grams

Spring onion - 15 grams
