INGREDIENTS

Dried figs - 40 grams

Cashews - 1 tablespoon

Water - 100 milliliters

Almond - 1 tablespoon

Water - 60 milliliters

Milk - 100 milliliters

Ice cubes

Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Chilled Milk - 500 milliliters

Almond - for garnish

Dried fig - for garnish

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 40 grams dried figs, 1 tablespoon cashews and 100 milliliters water.
  2. Soak for 30 minutes .
  3. In another bowl, add 1 tablespoon almonds, 60 milliliters water and soak for 30 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, add soaked and strained figs, cashews, almonds and 100 milliliters milk.
  5. Transfer this in the blender and blend to a smooth paste.
  6. In a blender, add ice cubes, 2 tablespoons sugar , 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, blended mixture  and 500 milliliters chilled milk.
  7. Blend it properly.
  8. Pour the prepared milkshake in a glass.
  9. Garnish it with almonds and dried fig.
  10. Serve chilled.
