Soya Egg Fry Roast

INGREDIENTS

Water - 900 milliliters

Soya chunks - 50 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 800 milliliters

Corn flour - 2 tablespoons

Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Eggs - 2

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Onion - 80 grams

Tomato - 180 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Tomato 1 tablespoon

Green chili - 2 teaspoons

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan, add 900 milliliters water, bring it to boil.
  2. Add 50 grams soya chunks, 1/2 teaspoon salt and give it a stir.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes and strain the water.
  4. Add boiled soya chunks into  800 milliliters water , wash and squeeze water and transfer it into bowl.
  5. Now, add 2 tablespoons cornflour, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and 2 eggs. Mix well.
  6. Keep aside and rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan, add soya chunks mixture and fry for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Remove the pan from heat.
  9. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
  10. Now, add 1 tablespoon garlic , 1 tablespoon ginger, and sauté for a while.
  11. Now, add 80 grams onion, and sauté until translucent.
  12. Now, add 180 grams tomatoes and stir well.
  13. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, cook for 7-8minutes.
  14. Then ,add 1 teaspoon paprika , 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon coriander powder and give it a stir.
  15. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
  16. Now, add 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, and mix well.
  17. Add fried soya chunks, mix once then, add 2 teaspoons green chili and stir well.
  18. Remove the pan from heat.
  19. Garnish with 1 tablespoon coriander.
  20. Serve hot.
