Potato Croquettes

INGREDIENTS

Corn flour - 50 grams

Milk - 60 milliliters

Boiled mashed potatoes - 475 grams

Sweet corn - 45 grams

Coriander - 15 grams

Cheese - 120 grams

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon

Green chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Bread crumbs - for coating

Corn flour - for coating

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add 50 grams corn flour, 60 milliliters milk and mix it well. Keep aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix it well.

3. Take some mixture in your hand and roll them into a cylindrical shape.

4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

5. Serve hot.
