Desi Egg Chicken Noodles

INGREDIENTS

Boneless Chicken- 400 grams

Salt- 1/4 teaspoon

Black Pepper- 1/4 teaspoon

Garam Masala- 1 teaspoon

Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 teaspoon

Soy Sauce- 1 teaspoon

Water- 2 litres

Salt- 1/4 teaspoon

Oil- 1 teaspoon

Noodles- 300 grams

Oil- 1 tablespoon

Eggs- 2

Salt- 1/8 teaspoon

Black Pepper- 1/8 teaspoon

Oil- 1 teaspoon

Oil- 2 teaspoon

Garlic- 1 tablespoon

Ginger- 1 tablespoon

Onions- 100 grams

Green Chili- 1 teaspoon

Cabbage- 150 grams

Carrot- 50 grams

Bell Pepper- 100 grams

Salt- 1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper- 1/8 teaspoon

Soy Sauce- 1 teaspoon

Vinegar- 1 teaspoon

Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tablespoon

Schezwan Sauce- 1 tablespoon

Ketchup- 1 tablespoon

Spring Onions- 1 tablespoon

Spring Onions- for garnishing

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 400 grams boneless chicken, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and mix it well.
  2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a wok, add 2 litres water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil and 300 grams noodles.
  4. Stir well until cooked properly.
  5. Keep aside.
  6. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and mix it well.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes on moderate heat.
  8. Now, In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and whisk properly.
  9. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add prepared mixture and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  10. In a wok, add 2 teaspoon oil,1 tablespoon garlic and stir well.
  11. Now, add 1 tablespoon ginger and stir again.
  12. Then, add 100 grams onions and mix it well.
  13. Add 1 teaspoon green chili and stir well.
  14. Now, add 150 grams cabbage, 50 grams carrot, 100 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
  15. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and mix again.
  16. Now, add boiled noodles, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup.
  17. Mix all the ingredients properly.
  18. Then, add cooked eggs, cooked chicken and mix it well.
  19. Add 1 tablespoon spring onion and mix again.
  20. Add the cooked noodles in a serving dish.
  21. Garnish with spring onions.
  22. Serve.
