INGREDIENTS
Onions - 150 grams
Garlic - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon stick - 2
Green cardamom - 5 pods
Cloves - 4 pods
Black peppercorns - 5
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Yogurt - 160 grams
Mutton - 700 grams
Desi ghee - 35 milliliters
Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams onions, 2 tablespoons garlic, 2 tablespoons ginger, 2 cinnamon stick, 5 pods green cardamom, 4 pods cloves, 5 black peppercorns, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons red chili, 160 grams yogurt, 700 grams mutton and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 2 hours.
3. Heat 35 milliliters desi ghee in a heavy skillet, add 1 tablespoon coriander seeds and stir well.
4. Then, add the marinated mutton in it and mix it well.
5. Cover it with lid and cook for about 25 minutes on medium heat.
6. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
7. Again cover it with lid and cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat.
8. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
9. Garnish with coriander.
10. Serve hot.
