Andhra Style Chilli Chicken

Boneless chicken - 280 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Yogurt - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 20 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Water - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 60 grams
Curry leaves - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 280 grams boneless chicken, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
2. Mariante for 30 minutes.
3. In a blender, add 20 grams coriander, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 tablespoons water and blend it into a paste. Keep aside.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken in it and mix it well.
5. Cover it with lid and cook for about 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
7. Add the blended paste in it and mix it well.
8. Again cover it with lid and cook for about 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
9. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
10. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
11. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a another pan, add 1 tablespoon green chili and stir well.
12. Then, add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
13. Add 1 tablespoon curry leaves and stir well.
14. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon vinegar and mix it well.
15. Now, add the cooked chicken in it and mix it well.
16. Cover it with lid and cook for about 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
17. Remove it from heat.
18. Serve hot.
