INGREDIENTS

Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon

Water - 100 milliliters

Cold milk - 300 milliliters

Rose syrup - 70 milliliters

Water - 500 milliliters

Vermicelli - 50 grams

Ice cream - to taste

Almonds - for garnishing

 

 

PREPARATION

1. In a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 100 milliliters water and mix well.

2. Soak them for 30 minutes.

3. Keep aside.

4. Take 300 milliliters cold milk in a jar, add 70 milliliters rose syrup and give it a nice stir.

5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Keep aside.

6. Heat 500 milliliters water in a pan, add 50 grams vermicelli and stir continuously.

7. Cook for 4-5 minutes on moderate heat.

8. Remove the pan from heat.

9. Now, In a glass, add rose syrup, layer with soaked chia seeds and boiled vermicelli.

10. Then, add rose syrup again.

11. Add almonds, prepared rose milk and top with a scoop of ice-cream.

12.Add rose syrup and garnish with almonds.

13. Serve cold.
