Cabbage - 160 grams
Grated carrots - 120 grams
Spring onions - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Rice flour - 40 grams
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 50 milliliters
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Dark soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
Schezwan sauce - 1 tablespoon
Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 2 teaspoons
Water - 50 milliliters
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Spring onions - 20 grams
Green Chili - 1 teaspoon
Pav - 6
Schezwan sauce - 50 grams
Lettuce - 40 grams
Onions - 30 grams
Bell pepper - 30 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 160 grams cabbage, 120 grated carrots, 2 tablespoon spring onions, 2 teaspoons garlic, 2 teaspoons ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 40 grams rice flour, 2 tablespoon corn flour and mix well.
2. Add 50 milliliters water and mix well. Take some of the mixture in your hands and flatten it with your hands.
3. Heat some oil in a pan, add the prepared roasti, and cook for 1 minute. Gently flip to the other side.
4. Cover and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside.
5. In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 2 teaspoon corn flour, 50 milliliters water and mix well.
6. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon Green Chili and stir well.
7. Add 20 grams spring onions and cook for 1 - 2 minutes on medium heat.
8. Add prepared sauce and mix well.
9. Add prepared roasti in it and mix well.
10. On a board, place a pav and cut it in half. Apply some schezwan sauce on it, then place lettuce, prepared Manchurian roasti, some onions, and some bell pepper on it.
11. Serve.
