Boneless chicken - 450 grams
Bell pepper - 150 grams
Onions - 65 grams
White Bread slices - 40 grams
Coriander - 2 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams
Bread crumbs - 150 grams
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs - 5
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 170 grams
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - for fry
Ketchup - for garnishing
Green spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 450 grams boneless chicken, 150 grams bell pepper, 65 grams onions, 40 grams white bread slices, 2 grams coriander, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper and blend it well.
2. Transfer, this into a bowl, add 200 grams mozzarella cheese and mix it well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a donut.
4. Place it on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. In a dish, add 150 grams bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and mix it well.
6. In a bowl, add 5 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and whisk it well.
7. In a bowl, add 170 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and mix it well.
8. Coat prepared donut in it.
9. Dip it into egg mixture and coat it with bread crumbs.
10. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
11. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
12. Place it on a board, add some ketchup and green spring onions.
13. Serve.
