Butter - 40 grams
Garlic - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons (divided)
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Superfine Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Eggs - 2
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 70 grams
Carrots - 160 grams
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Green Spring onions - 2 tablespoons
Boiled rice - 450 grams
Green spring onions - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 40 grams butter, 2 tablespoons garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and mix well. Keep aside.
2. In another bowl, add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/4 teaspoon superfine sugar and mix well. Keep aside.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 2 eggs, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon white pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Stir well until the eggs are crumbled. Remove from heat.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 70 grams onions, 160 grams carrots, 1 tablespoon garlic, and 2 tablespoons green springs onions. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Add 450 grams boiled rice and mix well.
6. Add prepared soy sauce mixture, the prepared butter mixture and the crumbled eggs. Mix well.
7. Add 2 tablespoons green spring onions and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
8. Serve.
