Anda Tawa Masala

Servings - 3

INGREDIENTS
Water - 700 mililiters
Vinegar -  1 tablespoon
Eggs - 6
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Green Chili - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 200 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Tomato - 200 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 100 mililiters
Tamarind water - 50 mililiters
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. In a pan, add 700 mililiters water, 1 tablespoon vinegar 6 eggs and boil it for 8 - 10 minutes. 
2. Remove from heat and cool for 5 - 7 minutes.
3. Peel the eggs and cut it into two pieces.
4. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in pan, add boiled eggs and stir it well.
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon red chili and cook these until golden brown. Remove it from heat.
6. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and stir it well. 
7. Add 1 teaspoon green Chili, 200 grams onions and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
8. Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
9. Add 200 grams tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
10.  Now, add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili and mix it well.
11. Add 100 mililiters water in it and cook for 5 - 7 minutes. Mash it with the help of food masher.
12. Add 50 mililiters tamarind water and mix it well.
13. Add fried eggs and 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well. Remove it from heat.
14. Garnish with coriander.
15. Serve.
